Centrally located, small but sufficient , very traditional feeling hotel near city hall. We had a 2 bdr for 7ppl. It was a bit tight but enough for sleeping. Only 1 shower, 2 toilets and 3 beds. No laundry or gym or breakfast options but very close to several coffee shops (multiple Starbucks), cafes & local Korean restaurants. Great communication with staff & very quick response which was super helpful for the little issues like turning in hot water, ordering food, getting more towels, etc.

The property is really clean and modern. There are wooden floors and also carpeted area. its a very interesting design and very very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful to settle any issues that we had. Their personal chat (whatsapp/line etc) is a very convenient tool to communicate with the staff for any needs. The staff are very willing and happy to help.

Location was fantastic. If you wanna go to Myeongdong area, Gwanghwamun, Jongro area, you can go there by walk. Super close from hotel to there. The Asian floor style dining table and traditional design was fabulous. But New building that it still had a new smell, but didn’t bother us. Staff friendly and spoke great English. Easy communication with them. We were 5 ppl group. I think this place is great for big group. The nearest station is City hall with Exit 4. But there is no lift or any escalator, thus, we used the escalator in Exit 5. Highly recommend this accommodation! I will definitely return and stay here when I visit.

Loved the location - close to two train stations (less than 5 mins walk), walking distance to sights such as Gwanghwamun Palace, less than 10 mins to Myeondong. Lots of restaurant options around the hotel. Clean and comfortable and the kitchenette had the basics that we needed for a 5 night stay. There's a lift at the hotel and the whatsapp chat to the reception staff was handy and they're very responsive.

The service is excellent. Would like to give thumbs up to Jace from the front desk. We r heading to Busan and wanted to take the blueline capsule train and due to some issue we r unable to book from the website. Jace is so patient and helped us to coordinate with the tour operator. Appreciate Jace's help and we managed to enjoy our ride.

The location of UH suite really is central. There were copious amounts of bus stops and train stations nearby, and tourist spots like the Gyeongbokgung Palace were walking distance. Lots of great places to eat and convenience stores aplenty! We were spoiled for choice. The reception/concierge, the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly, made sure we were looked after so well. The rooms were tidy, clean and the water pressure was strong. The beds were comfortable and the linen was fresh. It was the perfect stay for our family of 5.we will definitely be back to stay longer next time!

This hotel is very conveniently located, with many classic temples and shopping opportunities within walking distance. A main subway line's station around the corner, too. We had a three bedroom apartment. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally functional. Service was very good. Very, very warm recommendation!

The unit is brand new with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, separate washer & dryer on floor (always free), and super helpful staff. The decor is pleasing to the eye and unit is very quiet. The price is great for the space.
